Who We Are
We are A Taste of Asia, a group of students from Shannon College of Hotel Management, set out to create a dining experience that brings you across a culinary journey through Asia. As the first of its kind restaurant, situated just beside the airport, A Taste of Asia combines flavours from Japan, Thailand, China, Korea and Singapore through our 4 course tasting menu.

Freshly rolled Japanese sushi in a sheet of nori seaweed, with cooked rice and mix of freshly caught seafood garnishes and cool vegetables.

Juicy beef served on a slate of Thai spices with spring onion, sesame seeds and grilled chillis
